The internet has been blowing up about this. Maybe I am making an assumption but I really wonder how many people knew who/what Steiff was until this. I grew up surrounded by Steiff plush animals. My mom has been a long time collector of these stuffed German wonders with the button in the ear. And now I am figuring how I can get one of these for her.
