Hellz Bellz is debuting their Summer ‘08 Collection, called Heat Wave, and providing ya’ll with a  wide array of their highly anticipated acid-washed denim, double waisted shorts and vibrant-colored tees with messages loud enough to blow out your eardrums.  The “Heat Wave” collection is shipping to stores now!

I really love the acid washed denim pieces - they’re not your regular old acid wash - they pop in colors like purple and yellow with an underlying cammo print.  These pieces are not for the timid!!  The graphic tees are great - Lanie consistently puts out great collections for the ladies.  I could only find one thing to nit pick about and that’s photos of models taken on the toilet.  I don’t get it, but that’s just me.  I suppose there’s the shock value and the rebelliousness - all of which make sense with the Hellz Bellz brand.   That said, I love the new collection, especially the way they were styled.  Not sure if the tees come cut up, or if you have to DIY, but either way they’re hot!

For Paris-based BKRW, to celebrate the 1st Birthday of their boutique Black Rainbow, they’ve teamed up with several brands to produce limited-edition t-shirts. They didn’t forget about the ladies and they’ve issued a tee with Hellz Bellz. Limited to only 50 tees, they’re going quick and you can get them here. Oh, and the hot word on the street is that Hellz Bellz has a collab cooking up with Japanese photographer Yasumasa Yonehara. Can’t wait to see what that’s all about!!

Our favorite sneaker freaks from down unda have devoted their site to the ladies this week on Sneaker Freaker. There are a host of new sneakers reviewed that will be dropping in the coming months plus interviews with Erin Magee from Made Me, Yasi from Cultist, Jee-Nice from Anattitude and Valdmir from Kendo LA along with a host of newsflashes from Hayley Mei, Dame Deco, Hellz Bellz, Roxy Cottontail, George Terrific and much much more. From the Bay Area and back down, Hellz Bellz is taking the show on the road and slanging the goods 50-75% off! The tour starts this weekend in L.A., continues on to San Diego the following weekend and ends in SF the following weekend. For the second spring delivery, Hellz Bellz has released a series of tees that were collaborative projects with the Collabros, Missbehave Magazine and Grotesk. The Missbehave tee was so popular that it was re-released in a new colorway. We’ll fill you in on the rest of the delivery as soon as we get some pics! Until, then, you can find the tees at Hellz Bellz retailers.

Cultist, our favorite ladies’ online boutique was asked to curate an area of the Free’s Shop in Tokyo, Japan. Cultist brought over many ladies’ streetwear brands to the Free’s Shop including Mama, Married to the Mob, Darkhorse, Dimepiece, Hellz Bellz and Made Me. If you are around check it out!

Hellz Bellz has just dropped their Spring 08 Collection!! The Spring line is a tribute to the revolutionary female of the 70s and 80s, and with a streetwear liberation upon us, Hellz Bellz wants us to join the movement. This is just the beginning of a series releases, so get your SPF ready for more heat from the Hellz Bellz crew.
