Sarah of Colette let loose a sneak peak of a shoe that Colette & MOB are doing with Reebok. It looks like a Freestyle with a jelly soul and the MOB kiss on the bottom. The shoe is set to release in April - we’ll keep you updated with more news as we get it!

Keep Company was started in 2005 by Margot Jacobs and Una Kim. The idea had been in the works for years, but finally came together through a solid combination of timing, opportunity, savings, and auspicious astrological forecasts.

Keep Company is based in Los Angeles, California. Margot and Una were crew in New York first, before Margot split to go to Italy and then Sweden. Una lived large in Brooklyn until she left for Northern California in 2003 before finally settling in sunny Los Angeles. Now the ladies have reunited to bring Keep into the world. Keep is a shoe company, a clothing company, an amalgam of interests, a way of being, a force, a language, a family and many other things.

Ahhh, yes, spring is in, which means its time to switch from your rain coats to bright colors and lots of stripes! Keep’s spring goods have hit shelves, along with more styles trickling down throughout the week. The collection has a beachy, nautical laid-back feel that is perfect to get you ready for spring. Keep has renovated their site, which is quite snazzy, if I say so myself. Check out the new site to get a glimpse into the Keep state of mind and check out the new items in the shop!

Holidaaaaay! Celebrate! Oh, the Holiday sneaker…Christmas, Halloween, 4th of July, St. Patty’s, Easter, Valentines Day, Thanksgiving?? Yeah, even Thanksgiving. Now a days we look forward to a new sneaker release around each Holiday, perhaps more so than presents under the Christmas tree. They come “quick”, are gone even faster (usually), and often times fetch a premium on the resale market. There was a time when not all Holidays had a sneaker. This particular Valentines edition of the Nike Air Max 90 is from 2001 and is from the beginnings of the Holiday sneaker craze. It was love at first site. Don’t know about you but here at M.I.S.S. we’d take these over a box of chocolates any day. Oh, we still want the red roses and romantic dinner but the only box of something we want this Valentines Day best have kicks inside!

We recently posted about the best smelling collab to ever hit the streets: Kraft’s Kool-Aid and Reebok. These two have paired up to offer some sweet-smelling sneakers in grape, strawberry and cherry. And the smelling part is real…they actually smell like the flavors., with escent-infused sockliners. The first round of flavor will be dropping Feb 1st. The collection will include coordinating accessories: hoodies, t-shirts and hats. And are priced at $50-$75 for the sneakers and $28-$65 for the accessories. The Kool-Aid collection will be available nationwide at the following retailers: Moe’s sneaker Spot, Lezmir, Peko Sports, Karmaloop, Sportie LA, City Blue, Shoe Mania and Dr. Jay’s.
