While in NY I had the pleasure of styling an editorial spread for Coutorture. The spread includes a mix of the old with the new. Here are a couple of behind the scenes picts. See more on The Goods! and on Coutorture. Stay posted for the full spread later this week!

Lovebirds is an inspired collaborative shop that sells the most beautifully immaculate vintage boots, shoes, and accessories, always following what is currently going on in fashion with clothing to follow shortly. “Lovebirds for KitKit” is a labor of love emanating from two varied artists…..one, a fashion designer, Willow of KitKit Dodge…the other, a musician & raw food chef. The pair took their serious passion for fashion and decided to share with other like-minded fashion junkies that have an appreciation for quality and individual style. The shop is easy to navigate and each page opens with an inspiring quote by inspiring women including Coco Chanel, Dolly Parten, Janis Joplin, Naomi Wolf and Gloria Steinem. Check it out here!

Holy Patsy Cline! Is this not the most bad-ass hair dryer you’ve ever seen?!
This 357 Magnum Hair Dryer is a vintage find via Domestikate who sells “fine vintage novelties and housewares” via the magical world of Esty.
I love how the designer of this gadget rode with concept of the 357 Magnum and even made the hammer and trigger functional!
Pull the hammer (on top) to the desired heat setting, squeeze the trigger and let’er rip.

Am I all kinds of wrong for wanting this so bad?!
Make sure you check out Domestikate’s Etsy shop for other vintage goodies!
